load in same site

hi there
my question is, how can i load a site in the same site as the album is.
 
what i did: i made a link form the album to a other place of my website, (here is the link form the album http://www.dcmpictures.com/cgallery/index.php?cat=6) in teh java album i put a link called "CLICK HERE TO SEE JAVA VIRTUAL REALITY TOURS" in the properties of the album i made the link.

what i would like to happen: si it possible to put a target in the link? and how?
