Index Page Not Updating

I have changed the skin on my gallery, and I have noticed that the index.php is not updating when I get more views or add new pictures. I have looked to see if I have another index.php file over-riding the main page but I cant find on for the life of me.

If anyone has an idea why this is happening I would love to know.
