IS THERE ANY WAY I COULD CHANGE THE COPPERMINE HEADER THAT COMES IN THE DEFAULT
THE ONE ON THE LEFT TOP CORNER (NOT THE POWERED BY)
I WANNA PUT A LOGO THERE
IS THAT DOEBLE OR TOO MUCH TOO ASK

Are you actually using 1.4?  We don't offer any support for 1.4 because it's still in alpha stage.
