User Galleries as sub-categories

I had a question..

I am in the same situation as i dont have alot of user's using my photo gallery yet and would like to do something like

Categories
    User Galleries
        User Name

listed in the catagory menu.. would something like that be possible??

The first two postings of this thread have originally been posted as a reply to the mod thread "User Galleries as Root Categories". I split and moved them to the feature requests board as requested.
