integrating address book

sorry to post here but i've searched everywhere and can't find info. i would like to put the corresponding page from my address book (by: http://www.corvalis.net/address/) in a block under the picture discription. the address book is php, and running on mysql, the address book is in a different folder in the same directory as my coppermine folder.

Any help, or where to post my question is greatly appreciated!
