Project: World Photo Day set-up coppermine?

I am interested in the ability of site users/members to be able to upload their own photos for my project.

I am using Yahoo web services which has PHP as described to me by them here --- Yahoo! Web Hosting supports PHP version 4.3.6 and MySQL version 3.23.49

See trekearth.com - I have used this site to display some work and find it idealy suited to my projects needs. How can this be done and how much would it cost to have set up?

cpg has all function you need, if Yahoo! Web Hosting has GD2/IM than you can set up it easily. You can see document for more information

I understand now that this can be done, now I need someone who is proficient and efficient to get the job done.

I need a real reputable person who can supply references for high profile jobs amd the references will be checked.

Please reply only if this criteria is met and a price is provided.

FYI:  Their version of PHP is very outdated, and has a known security vulnerability.  I would ask them if they plan on upgrading.  If they don't, I would recommend finding a more security-minded host.
