The smilies are in /coppermine/images/smiles/...

Try to add or change them there.

I have a find smile in /images/smiles/... and erase old smile. Have add new smile, but my new smile in invisible

Look at include/smilies.inc.php - add your new smilies into both the arrays of possible smilies.
