change page number position

is it possible to change the position of the page links(numbers of pages) at the bottom of the album window, so that these are at the left of the window?

Is it possible to display page numbers in 2 locations so the user doesnt have to scroll down the the bottom to get to the second page because im using the rainy_day theme and its kinda hard to spot if your not looking for it.
