Remove File Summary Adjacent to Each Album (on Album List)

When using the "Classic" theme, a summary of the number of files is shown by each Album.

"24 files, last one added on Mar 30, 2005"  I don't need this functionality in a specific photo gallery that I'm working on.  Is there an easy way to disable or prevent displaying this information?  Thanks.
