Coppermine for files?
« on: March 23, 2005, 06:44:00 pm »

I apologize if this is a frequently asked question, but I didn't see any reference to it, though that may be my own fault.  Regardless, I'd like to use something similar to Coppermine to run a freeware games site.   My wish list would include comments, ratings, rankings, screenshots, categories and the like.  Would I be able to do something along these lines with Coppermine (will it even work with .zip files?)

If not, could you point out a few likely prospects, please?

Thanks.

Yes, coppermine does zip: http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/demo/displayimage.php?album=17&pos=0

That should answer your other questions... except for the ranking.
