Last Uploads, more then 1 page

When viewing the "last uploads" you only see one page, how do I config. it so that you can keep going through them page by page?

Click on the album icon when viewing the image, in the upper left hand corner. It will look like this:

When viewing the imgae I don't see an album icon.

You can only view one page, you can't view the following pages.
How do I fix that?

It's an issue with the custom theme. The default theme works fine:
