Need to convert one of the themes (paid)

Hi all,
we need to make coppermine 1.3.2 to look like forum here: http://generationnx.com/forum for further integration. Unfortunately I don't have any PSD files for forum skin, so the most I can get is RightClick -> Save Image As... If anyone is willing to help we have from $25 to $50 to spare over PayPal.

Themes where we liked the layout: black_widdow, CaliSkinV6, FinalFantasy or graffity (with links on a side).
