error on image upload after upgrade

Just upgraded from .2 to .3....get this error now when I try and upload an image

you upgraded from what to what? Post full versions, and a link. Make sure you replaced all older file versions that you're suppossed to replace according to the docs.

I can't really see the messages. Are you saving as gif or jpg? The image quality is too low to be helpful.

Try clicking on the file below the image in the window....you'll get a better view there!

the error message you get is not related to theme changes, but permissions. Search the board for the error message you get.
