CPG and PostNuke, can't change theme

I got everything installed and it all seems to be working correctly. But i can't change the theme in the Coppermine config, it keeps defaulting back to Eyeball. Any ideas, here's my site http://www.rkyeager.com. I couldn't link directly to the gallery, but if you click on Photo Gallery you'll see the eyeball theme
