upgrade problem with categories

I have just upgraded from coppermine 1.1 to 1.2 & my catogies are not displaying with indents? why is this - they are still set up correctly. please can a remedy be posted for this?

Actually, the source code says it is 1.3.2.

I am moving this thread to the appropriate section. I think this is a theming issue.

i ahve updated the theme.php file & now everything works super.
