[done] show "top" on main page

can anyone help to add "TOP" albums/pics code to main page.. to index.php ?
maybe there is already hack or addon for that. i searched.. but did not found.

..to version coppermine 1.3.x

..the idea would be that "top" pics will be shown also in main page not a separeted link..
