new clue where this should go. Question

okay well here it goes haha
i got my photo gallery all set up and running perfect ( www.bmxkelowna.info/photo/ )
but on my site ( www.bmxkelowna.info ) i want to have a little iframe or something where people that go to my site can see the newist uploaded picture.

i really hope some one here can help me or move this to the right spot because i posted this question on a few diff forums with no luck what so ever
