edit the files catmgr.php, index.php, modifyalb.php and search the codeof those files for "nopic.jpg" (use a plain text editor - notepad.exe is fine. Do not use Frontpage or similar). You can find out such stuff easily by using the built-in search of your OS, just search all files in the coppermine folder on your local hard drive and specify that they have to contain the string you're searching for.
