Sorting photos
« on: March 09, 2005, 11:01:28 pm »

Is the CPG software one which would be good for the following purpose:

I need to upload a large amount of before / after photos of a doctors patients. I then need him to be able to look at them in his web browser and drag and drop them in order to select which ones he likes / doesn't like.

Thanks

while CPG can easily allow him to sort the images into different albums, it doesn't actually move the images on disk. Only in the database.

If CPG will be the only place he accesses the images then it's fine. If the purpose is use CPG as a front end to clean up the organization of your images then burn them to a cd or something, it probably won't help much unless you add some code to do the moves to make the files match the cat/album structure.
