Hi There!!!

My website is http://www.djnunocunha.pt.vu and it is my personal website...

I'm not an expert in coding, so I would like to post the following "challenge":

Can someone make a theme that has something to do with my site's design??? It is very simple so it won't be that hard...I don't have too much time, because I have 2 day jobs, besides being a dj in the weekend....

I only request that you put the following code in the header section:
Code: [Select]
<script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript' src='http://x10hosting.com/advert/adx.js'></script>

<script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript'>
<!--
   if (!document.phpAds_used) document.phpAds_used = ',';
   phpAds_random = new String (Math.random()); phpAds_random = phpAds_random.substring(2,11);

   document.write ("<" + "script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript' src='");
   document.write ("http://x10hosting.com/advert/adjs.php?n=" + phpAds_random);
   document.write ("&amp;what=zone:2&amp;target=_blank");
   document.write ("&amp;exclude=" + document.phpAds_used);
   if (document.referrer)
      document.write ("&amp;referer=" + escape(document.referrer));
   document.write ("'><" + "/script>");
//-->

</script><noscript><a href='http://x10hosting.com/advert/adclick.php?n=a4f0eec1' target='_blank'><img src='http://x10hosting.com/advert/adview.php?what=zone:2&amp;n=a4f0eec1' border='0' alt=''></a></noscript>

(Required from my webhost company)...

Thanks in advance.

if it's so "It is very simple so it won't be that hard..." why dont you make time? or ask in the correct forum. ;D

edit theme/yourtheme/template.html and paste the code you posted right before
Code: [Select]
</head>Don't be lazy, there's no point in complaining about your work load, nobody forced you to run a personal homepage...

This wasn't the feedback I was hoping to get, but ok...

I forgot to mention that I'm not an expert in coding, so I don't have bases to work on a theme on myself...Besides the fact about the time...

If you don't have time, you would need to pay someone else for their time. If you are willing to pay, we can move this thread to the paid help board.

all you need is a plain text editor (notepad.exe is fine). Copy the code you want to insert into your clipboard ([Ctrl]+[C]). Right-click the local copy of the file theme/yourtheme/template.htm - choose "open with...", then choose "Editor" (or "Notepad", depending on your windows version), hit [Ctrl]+[F] to start the "find" function of the editor, enter "</head>" into the search field and start the search. Position the cursor behind "</head>", hit [Enter] once then . Paste ([Ctrl]+[V]) the code you have in your clipboard into the file at the position your cursor is at. Save the file, close the editor, upload the local copy of the file you just changed to your webserver (replacing the copy of the file on your webserver with the one from your local hard drive). That's it. Very simple. If you can't do that, I suggest you review the whole idea of running your own homepage. Typing your question will have cost more time than doing the actual job.

GAUGAU, I think you've missed the gist of the post.

It looks as though Kalim3ru actually wants an entire theme created for him, not just the code that he's posted adding to it.

The code he wants pasted is just a prerequesit.

Exactly...thank you for the clarification...

Since I don't have much time in hands, and I don't know a lot of coding procedures, I was hoping someone could help...

Thanks

Apparently nobody wants to do your homework for free, I suggest you post your budget if you're ready to actually pay, or you accept that nobody will do it and leave your site as-is. Repeating over and over what a busy person you are and complaining that you don't have the time to do this for yourself is not very helpful.
