2 general questions: layout, thumbnails
« on: March 03, 2005, 09:57:33 pm »

hi there

i have two questions:
1. is it a major problem to adapt coppermine to a clear web layout like:

http://www.unscharf.de/foto_portrait.php?anav=2&bnav=1&cnav=0

2. is it possible to create thumbnails with a cropping of the image so that i always get thumbs of 100x100 px?

thx in advance

That's nice to hear, but we have a "One question per thread" policy you agreed to respect when you signed up for your account on this forum.

No, it's easy to have a left-hand navigation. Go to the demo and use the "coose theme" dropdown to see several examples

2. is it possible to create thumbnails with a cropping of the image so that i always get thumbs of 100x100 px?
This has been asked before, but afaik those who have accomplished this haven't submitted the code. So yes, it's possible, but you need good coding skills. If you don't have them, you can't do this.
