How many Pictures Coppermine can handle ?

Hi all, maybe its a silly question but i havent found an answer yet.
how many pictures can coppermine handle ?
my gallery has about 2000 pics . is ist ok for coppermine or is ist to much ?

I think we've had reports of over 40,000 pics... so, I guess it only depends on the server and how much power it has...

Or you host it on your computer... Hehe. No webspace costs, traffic, etc.
The only thing is that your computer has to on 24 hours a day.

hush, lasa: you're on parole, no silly comments please!
Hosting was not in question, but database limitations, traffic issues and webserver load - things you don't know about.
Hosting a webpage on your pc may work for your kindergarten site, but no-one will consider this an option when it comes to high traffic sites.
