Corners not even

Another problem I'm having.....I haven't touched any of the table sizes and yet they still don't line up. Where should I look and what values?

Look in the config options.  Make all table widths 100%.  By default, one is 100% and the other is 600px.

I fooled with that....unfortunately that dosen't do it! Sorry...I would send a URL but I'm only running it locally on my PC right now!
