Critical error - Uploading files.

I am getting this error, I was wondering if anyone can help?

The picture 'modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/10005/DSC00668.JPG' can't be inserted in the album

Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

File: /var/www/html/modules/coppermine/db_input.php - Line: 305

all folders in albums are chmodded 777
