"URL" link in "File Information" doesn't work
« on: February 21, 2005, 09:42:08 pm »

Hi there,

I'm having troubles on my site (www.somethingremembered.co.uk) with the URL link in file information.

I'm getting the message:

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

"Target address for the 'See more pictures' link in e-cards" in my config currently reads: "http://somethingrembered.co.uk/public_html/"
which i think is the destination of my displayimage.php file.

Can anybody help please?

Many Thanks.

The target address is simply:
http://www.somethingremembered.co.uk/

public_html is only for the server to know where your web docs are. The rest of the world does not need to know that.

It looks like you actually have this:
www.somethingrembered.co.uk

Check the spelling.

OK, that is why frames suck. Your gallery is actually located here:
http://www.fantastico.dream-hosting.co.uk/~someth/displayimage.php?album=36&pos=0

displayimage.php does not exist at somethingremembered.co.uk. You need to change the target to:
http://www.fantastico.dream-hosting.co.uk/~someth/

Haha... that would save me trouble of having stretch marks and regaining my figure afterward.
