Change Picture "Title" Under Picture to Picture "Owner_Name" ?

under anyone's pic in the gallery, the picture title is displayed.  I would like to change this to the picture's owner_name.  I know it's in the functions.inc.php, but I have searched and tried many things and can't get it to change.

This should be very simple, but I am at a loss.
