icons in my template

hy,

i create new template with my colors... and before chance some icons i will like to know the steps we must follow and if we can change the size of icons.

Yes, you can change the icons.  Whether you can put bigger icons will depend on what theme your changes are based on, but you should be able to do this with no problems.
