Chose Remote folder for XP Publishing Wizard to Upload To
« on: September 03, 2006, 09:33:57 pm »

There needs to be a form in the XP Publishing Wizard, to allow you to select the folder that the files get uploaded to.

The database keeps track of the location of the files, the human doesn't have to. The XP Publihser wizard is meant to make uploading as easy as possible for newbie users. This means: as few steps as possible. The additional step needed to ask the user where he wants to store the pics would not be needed and therefor won't go into the core. Marking request as "turned down".

I understand this concept, except, I would like to keep an organised folder structure aswell, so that I can use the files elsewhere without querying the database.
