MySQL Account Maintenance

Hi...I just relized today that the DB user profile that I'm using for my gallery is my main one. I used it while testing the gallery & now I'm going to keep the gallery on my website, I would like to give it the proper DB userprofile for the site its on.
How do I do this?...I look'd through the config & I can't seem to find the MYSQL settings, I KNOW I must be missing it somewhere. Surely you arn't stuck with the settings you input when you install'd the gallery are you?...if so does anyone know how I can make the changes manualy in the php?

You can create a second admin account, log into it, then change the first admin username.

ack. I didn't see Pandora wanted to change the db username.

Good excuse: It was 1am my time and I had returned from a 350mile car trip each way.
