How to upgrade from 1.2 to 1.3

I would like to upgrade from 1.2 to 1.3
but how do i do?

I have around 1000 pictures and 6 users
Can i upgrade WITHOUT loosing any of the pictures or users?

Please help me.

yes, you can upgrade without losing photos. But you should back up everything nevertheless.
