your cookie path is set to /hot_in_vegas/cookies, which is of course wrong. Change it back to the default /. As you can't log in, you'll need to do this directly on your database (using a tool like phpMyAdmin) - edit coppermine's config table, find cookie_path.

Sir, in your reply you said " your cookie path is set to /hot_in_vegas/cookies, which is of course wrong. Change it back to the default /.," ---so does this mean just word cookies part from /hot_in_vegas/cookies, ? Would it be better to just delete the current program and reload and reconfigure that setup as you can tell I have no experience with php?

no reason to "sir" me, and no reason to re-install. Just do as I suggested and use a tool like phpMyAdmin to change your cookie path back to how it was when you installed coppermine. There's no need to edit any php files.

I already told you to set it back to "/" (without the quotes, just a slash and that's it). Please read supporter's answers carefully.
