cant seem to find these colours

LOL i went over the css like 100 times, but i cant find these colours!

does anyone know under what title you can edit em?

(i wanne make the blue ones green, the ones with the arrow)

You can try the styleguide theme. If that doesn't help, look at the HTML source code. It will tell you the style used for the element.
