I get a warning I dont understand

Hi! When people try to upload picts they get this error on the top of the page, and cant upload any images.

It hasnt happened before, does anybody know why this happens? The adress is www.valdresrussen.com/galleri
Also, when trying to change the categories, it says "No input file specified." I have heard that this might be because my webhost doesnt have all the stuff required for coppermine to function properly?

Thanks! I checked the other topics, but I have changed the permissions to 777, but I still get those errors...
