Newbie questions

I was wondering if Coppermine has capabilities to to have a paypal ipn put on it or already on it? From what I have seen it looks pretty cool but imagine it could get pretty expensive to run just as a freebie.

Can someone tell me more about the modification policies and purchasing a licence. I realize there is a free version but if it is necessary to buy a license to modify I just might.
How much is a license any way?

The answer to your licence question is in the faq, basically coppermine is free to use and modify as you like, providing the 'powered by' link remains and is visible.

There is no purchase of a licence available.

There is a mod to add a paypal shopping basket to coppermine, search the mods board for 'add paypal shop', by me.
This mod is really suited to sites selling one type of item, such as photos.
