How to get rid/reduce space?

I modified the water drop theme as I want it, but how do I get rid of or atleast reduce the space between "Ginnie, Piggie & Gissas World" and the top of page at http://www.jikrantz.net/coppermine/ ?
What exactly do I remove or add in template.html etc?
Any help appreciated. :)

Try cutting the cellpadding and cellspacing on your main table
