How do I link to a photo thats already in an album?  I mean determine a URL to a particular photo?

I frequently need to reference photos from an album in our forums.  Is there a quick/easy way to do this?

Are all the photos stored in the database?  Is there any option to have them stored on the drive instead?

The photos are not stored in the database, just the info about them.  The pics themselves always stay where you put them, on the disc.
