Upload approval panel - admin descriptions

It's possible to add admin descriptions in Upload approval panel (for photos)?
In time we have a few Admins (in future maybe members of moderators group), it will be good to have the possibility to describe:

1. Why Admin/Moderator didn't take the decision to approve current photo (why he check "Postpone Approval") - it will be an information to other Admins.
2. In time, Admin check option "Delete file" in Upload Approval Panel, it should be possibility for Admin to send message to user about this fact with description, why his/her photo was deleted.

Joachim Müller:
1) I agree this would be nice for some, but I'm not sure it should go into the core code, as database changes would be necessary to accomplish what you're up to, and things might even get a bit more complicated for newbie coppermine admins. Most sites only have one single admin
2) Email notices being sent if a pic approval is declined is a good idea and should be easy to accomplish. Definitely worth considering as an option for future coppermine versions imo.

1) Yes, it would be importand only for big, popular services with great number of users, photos and Admins/Moderators. I understand, creating second comments-unit for Admins only can be difficult and not user-friendly - alternative for this may be additional text-area (single), displaying only w Upload Approval Panel for Admin short message "Don't approve - I start discusion about this photo on forum (topic=zzz)... / ...we can talk about this photo on ICQ at...".

2) Great  ;D - it's very importand to have good contact with users and clear regulations in gallery to make own service more popular. ;)
