don't have permission to access ...?

 ???
I just installed coppermine..when I click "upload" to upload pictures, it shows :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /gallery/upload.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

either your webhost has disabled uploads, or you have set permissions wrong, or you have an .htaccess file in place that keeps the file from being displayed. To tell you more, post a link and test user account (non-admin) with upload privileges.

like I said: check for an .htaccess file in place that keeps you from accessing upload.php. If you can't make heads or tails of this, contact your webhost for support.
