First, look in the documentation and check your website has the required minimum php, mysql and GD or Imagemagick.  Most sites now do.

Then download the latest stable version(1.3.2) from the downloads section.  Unzip it, and read the docs, as all the instructions are in there.

It may seem a bit daunting if you have not done this sort of install before, but it is very easy.  Good luck.

Hi again,

Your domain set up is down to you and your host.  Many have their gallery as a sub-domain.

You should use the nearest mirror to you.  For you in Norway, this would probably be the Duesseldorf mirror, although you could also use Paris, Dublin or Kent.
