One of the major issues that I have is if you have an active site the last uploaded pictures doesn't really represent what has been uploaded and users can easily miss out on new pictures.  What I would like to have is a way to show the last x uploaded albums in the order each album was updated.  I would like to be able to show each one of these as a thumbnail with the date and time of the last picture that was uploaded to that album under each picture.  i have looked at the tables and the date on the albums doesn't change and since I am not good at SQL queries I don't know how to query to picture table to get list of the last x albums that was uploaded.  Can somebody tell me if there is a something out there already to provide this or help me with the query?
