Help Needed: Many Errors Received When Trying to Upload

I clicked on the upload file in the admin panel and I received the following errors:

I was able to upload files the past few days and this occurred all of the sudden. Any suggestions on what I would need to do?

Search the forums for Stat failed for ./albums/edit/
