delete all files from album?
« on: November 27, 2004, 01:38:25 pm »

Hey all,

have read forum and played about the gallery for a while now.
But I can't figure out how to delete all files from an album?

I am constantly rearranging, renaming and replacing files but see no way quicker then to delete album, upload new folder of pictures and create new album for them. What I want to be able to do, is simply click a button to delete all files ( including comments, thumbnails etc ) but leaving an empty album with description behind ...

Any idea how its done?

Thanks

In the current version, the only way is to go to the edit pics page, tick the delete box under each pic, and then apply mods.  Will take a minute or 2 for an album of 100 pics.

In the next version, currently in beta testing, there is a 'select all' button to do these tasks, delete, reset views, reset votes and delete comments. No release date known, but you can try it out (unsupported).

Suppose that'll do then. Looking forward to the next release, thanks for the info.
Thanks for the reply.
