Is it possible to reply on a comment given on a picture, other then make a new comment line?
I like to give a reply just as in the forum.

No - the idea of comments is in fact that you can both comment on the pic or comment the previous comment. There's no hack/mod available to make the comments be more than what they already are.

Will it be available in the future?
I was thinking on a method that is used on www.photopoints.com. Comment lines are submited by different users. It was nice if you could keep the comment and the reply on that comment together.
