Uploaded one Image, but nothing happened

I try to upload an image size 547kb
but nothing happened it's an error on top

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/html/cpg132/include/functions.inc.php on line 1721

I use the all apache php mysql package in redhat 7.2
