"Category can be viewed by" field

I love the "Album can be viewed by" option for albums. Why not have it for categories as well? Could have an option to force albums to inherit these permissions, so we don't have to set these group permissions for every single album created. Furthermore, we'd want the entire category to be hidden, rather than present but with no albums/photos.

We're considering this option already for future versions, but it's not that easy to implement.
