Number of views
« on: November 03, 2004, 09:12:48 pm »

When you delete a picture, the number of views of this pictures, are also deleted and also subtracted of the total of views.
Is it possible that the subtraction of the total of views is not done? So that it only adds the number of views and don't subtracts the views of deleted pictures.

the total number of views is being calculated by summing up the views of the individual files. If you delete a file from the database, it's view counter is gone as well. No way around this, and the way you want it is just plain wrong. Sounds like you want to impress your site visitors with high numbers of views. If you actually want to "cheat", manually increase the counters...
