Problem with uploading files.....

Im using the Ipswitch WS_FTP Pro and my free web server is provide by cjb.net
Why i cant connect to the server n upload my file using the Ipswitch WS_FTP Pro?
And then i use the upload page tat provide by the cjb.net to upload my files but the page is cant upload folder just can uplad files only.
What should i do?

Your pic is too small for me to read.

Also, this is not really a coppermine upload problem, but an ftp problem you seem to be having with your website, so I'm moving this to the misc board. 
Does this problem only occur when you are trying to ftp to coppermine?
