Using Coppermine Login/Accesses on Generic Page
« on: October 22, 2004, 06:43:32 pm »

Question.  I have used a number of forum systems where you can do a real simple bridge (typically in a "require" with a few noted variables) and use their login and cookie information on Generic Pages.

IE - I am on just a web page on the domain, but that page "sees" that I am logged in as Admin or Moderator or User to Coppermine.

IS this even possible with Coppermine?  I have looked through some of the include page codes, but don't see this as something easily picked up on right away, and I just started using Coppermine.

Thanks all.

Cool, thanks Nibbler!

In between posting my message above and you answering, I went off on a small tangent - http://example.bicenet.net/photos/cms_news.php

Nowhere near done, but working on adding a "news" script to the Mini_CMS.
