Leave comments without registering?

Is there a way to set coppermine 1.3.2 up so viewers can leave comments without registering?  :-\\

1. Admin menu -> Groups -> column "Can post comments", row "Anonymous" : set "YES"
2. Make sure you set each album permission "Visitors can post comments" to YES (is the default AFAIK)
