More issues.
« on: October 14, 2004, 09:35:39 am »

Thanks for the help with my other post.

I've now turned my attention to ensuring the board works ok...

...and there's a few problems.

I've created two albums.  In UserMode I'm unable to upload files to either - the system tells me I don't have authority.

When I'm in as an admin and attempt to upload a file (it will let me select the files this time), I get the following error:

Quote
Warning: move_uploaded_file(./albums/edit/mHTTP_temp_1f55296e.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\Clients\9903\gallery\upload.php on line 1197

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move 'D:\Programfiles\php\uploadtemp\phpBE.tmp' to './albums/edit/mHTTP_temp_1f55296e.jpg' in D:\Clients\9903\gallery\upload.php on line 1197

And the upload fails.

Any suggestions?  I've amended the permissions for the albums and includes dirs on the system as per the instructions - is there something I've missed?

Thanks in advance,

Stupid Stupid stupid!!

Fixed it.  It was the edit folder permissions - and what's worse is that I posted without searching - sorry folks.

Pls mark as solved or just trash this thread...

It still helps when you provide the solution for others who come across this thread.

Thank you.
